People

Pro Bono on application. Starting at $60ph.

As a team living with disability, we know the experience of great support. Our service is founded in values of advocacy, meaning we operate from a place of upholding rights and giving expression to the voice of people who can’t speak for themselves.

We work with the needs of the person with disability, and their support team. The experience of our team provides a truly holistic support base, we know NDIS culture, disability culture, and invest our own time and money into community access and inclusion.

We link to services that think creatively, such as respite providers, Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, support workers.

Our strengths are in skill development, advocacy, communication, and support connection. We do not directly provide personal care, domestic support, or activity based support.

Services

Starting at $80 for document preparation, $100ph for supervision and consultation packages.

We know that meaningful support for people living with disability starts with services that invest in disability.

We only work with services that uphold our ethical values and commit to ongoing training and development. We can help redesign your business to be more authentic, design training, support long term planning based on NDIS and the disability sector projected growth.

Retention of staff, retention of clients, and consultation around NDIS Pricing Guidelines is our specialty.

We have supported a number of businesses situated outside the sector to bring their skills and services into the NDIS marketplace with great success.

At Voice for Choice, our passion lies in implementing the charter of human rights, particularly access and inclusion. We do a huge amount of free work in the community that supports disability access and equity.

In 2023 we developed All Abilities Basketball in West Gippsland to huge success. In 2024 we are developing AFL All Abilities.

Our founder, Renee, worked as a L2P driving mentor for 12 months for an ASD youth to support them gaining independence.

We are constantly leaning into new community development projects, encouraging our peers to do the same, and promoting training in the sector.
